Members and Guests must always RSVP to events by calling the GANG voice mailbox.  This allows the host to properly plan for the number of guests.  Leave your full name and telephone number.  Your information will be kept confidential and not released to anyone outside of GANG for any purpose.

Unless stated otherwise, please RSVP no later than three days before the actual event.  Some Gala events may require additional notification time.  If you RSVP after that time, your attendance is subject to host approval and available space.

We recognize that individual schedules are subject to unforeseen changes.  If you have reserved a spot at an event and you are unable to attend, please extend us the courtesy of calling and letting us know that your plans have changed.  Space is often limited and this may allow someone else to attend in your absence.

  EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notices will be posted to the GANG voice mail two hours before an event.  When in doubt whether an activity will take place due to inclement weather or some other unforeseen event, please call and listen to the recorded message.

 

  EVENT FOOD POLICY

Occasionally GANG events include a buffet or meal.  We ask that members and guests limit themselves to one serving of food, until the event is halfway through.  This courtesy allows members who may be running late, the opportunity to share the meal.  After the event is half over, if there is any food remaining please feel free to help yourself to additional portions is desired.

 

  ATTEND AS A GUEST

Non-members may attend one event as a guest.  To attend as a guest, please use the contact form and leave a brief message containing:

1. Your name
2. A telephone number that we can call to give you directions.
3. The best time of day to call.
4. Name of event that you wish to attend.

For insurance purposes, you will be required to sign a release form, releasing GANG, it's members and host(s) from any and all personal liabilities.
